Now THAT is a shame.
You should see a turd being built on this block. Against a Stop Work Order, by all appearances. It’s a real beauty.
Looking at that giant white thing with the ridiculous “balconettes” behind it, I don’t doubt you for a second.
The thing is this used to be a really neat block. Used. To. Be.
Otherwise, you have to wonder if the folks with those balconies know they live just a hop skip away from a homeless facility with registered sex offenders? (They do.)
They should put that in the offering plan.
Oh, man. What a downer. I always loved that block and that house in particular.
