    2. Here’s what I want to know…WHEN DO THESE PEOPLE PASTE THIS STUFF UP? I’m out at pretty much all hours of the night and morning, between walking the dog or coming home from a party, or some such and I have never ever seen someone actually putting this stuff up. It just appears as if invisible pixies did it. When do these people do this stuff?
