Southside Photos du Jour: Meat Lover’s Special
Can someone please explain to me why someone (in this case, Diner) would see fit to employ this (a disembodied cow’s head) as decor? Is this for Halloween? What is the appeal? I honestly don’t get it.
This does not make me hungry (quite to the contrary: it makes me sort of queasy). Thoughts/feedback anyone?

No. That’s gone, by the way.
Agggh! I wish I had gotten a picture of that scene before I left Greenpoint! The cowboy, cow, and bison must’ve moseyed off fairly recently, as I remember them thar critters from this September. At least they still live on that Ponderosa called Google Earth. What’s happening to the old nabe!?
