WOW, That’s Really Ugly!
This is one of the most hideous things I have seen built in north Brooklyn.
I assure you this is no small achievement.
Congratulations 147 Maujer Street…
you’re a building so poorly constructed and downright hideous…
it even made you throw up.

P.S.: It looks like your neighbors don’t care much for you either.
Or one of your workers doesn’t quite have a command over the whole window concept, e.g.;
they’re installed with the express purpose of being opened. There’s really no need to DIY it.

What, you can’t appreciate the simplicity, the symmetry, the salmon colored bricks? It looks like it was inspired by my neck of the woods. But it’s much bigger than most around here.
Where is this so I know never to walk down that street?
This is an old post but I am compelled to tell you that although you are entitled to your opinion, My family owns one of these buildings and what seems like shit to you is an older man’s life savings invested. Built by his own hands… blood sweat and occasional tears. Be humbled by the fact that additions like these may not be to your liking but it is someones home in a neighborhood that was not always the blooming mini nyc it is now. Deeply offended by your article.
