Urban Fur: Stray Cat Strut
Filed under: 11222, Crazy Cat Lady, Greenpoint, Greenpoint Brooklyn, Greenpoint Magic, Urban Fur
While today is most certainly a bit brisk, that did not deter some of North ‘Point’s feral felines from catching a little sunshine! Closing on a related note (and although I have posted this already) the foursome lounging at left are in need of someone to help with their care! Tori, their “person”, writes:
Needed one or two colony caretakers for a feral cat colony of seven cats for morning feedings near West Street. Saturday morning, and one or two other mornings, to be fed at 830- 9 A.M. Caretaker provides food. All the cats are neutered/spayed and are delightful. Colony has several caretakers. Rewarding work. A brief training is available the first time; vbondart@hotmail.com
Please help spread the word!
From The New York Shitty Inbox: Caretakers Needed!
This comes courtesy of a lass named D. The caretaker of the fetching felines which grace India Street, Tori, needs help! She writes:

Urban Fur: Callie, Revisited
Filed under: 11206, Bushwick, Bushwick Brooklyn, Crazy Cat Lady, East Williamsburg, East Williamsburg Brooklyn, Stuff That Makes Miss Heather Happy
This afternoon I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Callie (whose moniker comes at the behest of her jaunty tri-color coat) enjoying a little springtime sunshine with her bi-pedal companion, Peter.
As you can clearly see she’s one pampered pussy!

Urban Fur: Grand Street, Revisited

Today I had the pleasure of taking a sojourn around Newtown Creek with the inimitable author of The Newtown Pentacle (and all-around nice guy) Mitch Waxman. Along our route was the place of work (and play) for a bevy of my favorite feral friends: Alexander Iron Works. You can view my (slowly growing) photo set of this colony by clicking here. Check it out!
