From The Greenpoint Grapevine: What’s Up At Silent h?

What’s curious about this item is while my tipster is in Greenpoint, the establishment in question is in Williamsburg. It happens to involve one of my favorite restaurants: Silent h. Here’s the buzz:

Silent h is closed. A new partner has been brought on board, they are going to change  the menu and give the place a make-over.

I decided to do a walk-by today to see what’s up.

Sure enough, the storefront is shuttered.

And there is evidence of interior work being done.

Anyone have the 411 as to what is going on here? I’m dying to know.
