Spotted On Second Avenue: Freedom
I have been wondering a lot about other avenues to get my writing “out there” lately. I mention this because this weekend on Second Avenue I stumbled upon a truly innovative— if downright ballsy— approach.
I encourage each and every one of you to check out the first page of this chap’s tome. It is very special. Here’s a sample:

New York Shitty Day Ender: Change
It’s been a long time since I have featured what I like to call “urban artifacts” on New York Shitty. Well, you can thank the Mister for spying this bevy of goodness (which can be found outside the restaurant formerly known as Rhong Tiam). I like to call it the 2011 East Village Survival Kit!*
And it even comes with a little motivational material!

P.S.: This delightful missive can be found around the corner.
*But is equally applicable in the Lower East Side, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg or Greenpoint. To name a few.
New York Shitty Day Ender: Spanish Harlem Slide Show
As promised (and to round the day) here are highlights from my trip to East Harlem. Enjoy!
