CLOSING FOR RENOVATIONS: Manhattan Triple Decker

The Mister and I discovered this today when we went for a little lunch at Manhattan Avenue’s very own Triple Decker Restaurant: they will be closed starting tomorrow, August 2, for renovations but promise to be back with “a new look & outlook”. Exactly what this means, I do not know. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

In the meantime those who are looking for a good diner will be pretty hard pressed to find one. Though Acapulco Deli & Restaurant is pretty good (TIP: try their salsa) but they usually close for two weeks in August. I have also heard good things about the burgers at New Tulcingo.
