I checked for myself and sure enough: we’re getting a Dunkin Donuts. While I generally dislike chain stores and franchises (I prefer to keep my money “local” by patronizing smaller, “mom and pop” businesses) this may not be a bad thing. The surrounding area 9which is largely industrial) is not very well served in terms of eateries. In addition, this will be conveniently placed near the last stop in Greenpoint for the B62. I have little doubt this establishment will be a god-send to java-craving (and hungry) commuters!
