New York Shitty Slide Show Du Jour: 5Pointz Selections
Since the G train was not running (and I was feeling exceptionally lazy) I sat out Atlantic Antic this year. Instead I headed over to 5Pointz— on foot— to see what’s new. I was not disappointed: there was a lot of neat stuff. Without further ado here are some highlights. Enjoy!

New York Shitty Day Ender: Davis Street
This afternoon on a whim I decided to take a stroll around Long Island City. My first stop was 5Pointz. I was not disappointed: not only did I see a bevy of new work (which I will share tomorrow!) but when I walked down Davis Street I stumbled upon this.

There is cool and then there is COOL. Having a portrait of your wedding party shot in front of 5Pointz definitely qualifies as the latter. You can’t see it in the above photograph but the bride is wearing metallic magenta high tops. Very cute!
