Yours truly opted to take a friend visiting by the building on 10th Street whose walls have become the home to many an epistle. We did did not come away disappointed. When I arrived home I did a little fact-checking. I was curious to see if the Empire State was in fact the most corrupt (whether or not Mr, Putin runs the United States government is anyone’s guess). This would appear not to be the case. Still, it is the thought that counts!
