Do we know what that charming little cottage is under the LIE (center, photo 2)? I took a similar shot last summer while strolling through LIC, walking along Hunters Pt. Ave. back to Greenpoint after finding the Borden Ave. route inaccessible.
It is the station house (?) for the Borden Avenue Bridge.
