Oddly enough, I just had a conversation with The Mustache about this place last week. You should drop by and ask him about the CB meetings when the diocese tried to sell this place.
I too have heard some dirt about this place from someone who wanted to convert it into affordable housing. We need to exchange intel, dude! 😉
