this is awesome … gonna pay a visit today …
as to who is the creator, i think we can rule out a few groups ….
too visionary so that rules out osa (aka opportunities slipping away)
& happened too fast to be parks
I do hope you paid this truly innovative greening of Greenpoint a visit today. Given how much joy it seems to be giving the general public I doubt it will be around very long!
