OMG! It’s MY house. I wonder if my landlord would appreciate one of these?
I am not touching this one! While a rather choice selection of siding I am more of an aluminum gal myself! In any case, Chris has motivated me to do something with this:

Nice! The range of colors is remarkable and I like your inclusion of the original Greenpoint siding, the scalloped wood shingles! Wrapping paper would be cool too.
