  2. Hi Heather, it was strange that we met today. You came across as very straight forward and pointed. I’d like to discuss more of your opinions concerning Greenpoint and what’s happening to NYC. Also why you called me “the rabble” when I mentioned it’s hard to talk to hipsters.
Also thanks for putting my painting on your site. There are so many great pictures here.

  4. I was DELIGHTED to meet you! I love, LOVE this piece! If I came off as snappy I assure you it was not intended: I have been fighting a cold and quite frankly was feeling really bad (read: very congested and kind of dizzy). In short: I wanted to go home. This had nothing to do with you whatsoever. In fact, had I felt better I would have invited myself to dinner with you!

I would very much like to meet with you (perhaps for dinner), talk shop and discuss what constitutes being “rabble”. Obviously my tongue was not firmly enough in cheek regarding the latter most: I meant this as a compliment.

Don’t thank me for posting your handiwork. I thank you for creating it! It’s too bad so many people do not seem to get it. In fact, I find this very depressing.

Tell me what you're thinking...
