OH man I wish someone would explain this dude to me. I ride my bike by there every morning with my dog and every morning dude is doing something else bizarre. One day he put a plate of what can only be described as regurgitated tuna fish out for the pigeons. What exactly does he do there in that bizarre garden of his?
eaglestreeter, i believe he lives there. with an assortment of cartographic tools and a solemn dog.
He does live there. I am going to post a follow-up about this chap. Methinks I have his story in my saved items!
