    3. I too, found the picture of Bert to be quite poignant. I’m not sure if its the air of loneliness due to being sans Ernie or the wide open sea-like expanse of asphalt – I found myself hoping wishfully that someone, perhaps Hard Hat Hannah would take pity on him and pick him up. Surely Hannah could use some affection from someone … near her size?
