Ahhh yes, 93 Diamond. I was watching them dismatle this place just as I moved into my joint down the block in the hopes I could persuade the workers to let me take all the original four panel doors, mantles, claw foot tubs and other original details off their hands instead of being landfill, re-outfit my lil wood frame house that had been “inexpensive moderned” in the 80’s. They laughed at me “why you want crap?” and sawzalled everything into useless pieces. They tore the basic house down by hand the week of Thanksgiving, getting a stop work order on Thanksgiving day, when it was already down to the foundation. Nothing has happened since then.
