TODAY: 94th Precinct Community Council Meeting
If my inbox is any indication now the 94th has a bank robbery (of the HSBC Bank on Manhattan Avenue) and an armed robbery at Milton Street and Franklin Street on Saturday, May 16, 2009 in addition to a vehicular homicide and someone under the assumption the Abundant Life Assembly Church (as depicted above) was a drive thru confessional for stolen motor vehicles to account for. Bring your lawn chairs, popcorn and camcorders fellow Greenpointers. This will undoubtedly be a good one.

MH, what’s this about an armed robbery on Milton and Franklin? I live on Milton and heard nothing about this.
From the Brooklyn Paper:
Not so Noble
An armed mugger stuck up a 32-year-old woman and her boyfriend on Noble Street on May 16.
The robber confronted the couple from behind at the corner of Franklin Street at around 5:15 am and demanded their cash.
“Give me all you got,†the thug ordered, revealing a black firearm.
The victims forked over a pocketbook, credit cards, cash, a camera, a pearl ring, and a cellphone, and the mugger fled towards a red SUV, which contained two accomplices.
Tell me what you're thinking...
