Somehow I am reminded of the adage emblazoned on the Farley Post Office:

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers Prison Bear from the swift completion of their appointed rounds vigilant watch over Greenpoint Avenue.

And of course two sets of bars do not hurt. In any case, he has an acquired a new and rather apropos companion in the manner of a penguin. Excellent.
