As captured by Gotham Ruins who writes:
You know how you pay to go to the top of the Empire State Building or Top of the Rock? Well today it was my turn to pay an admission fee. And not my usual $2.50 metrocard swipe. A 20 minute underground chase with a friend that ended in handcuffs. That was after they switched from on foot to in an SUV in the tunnel! Spotlight and all, it was game over. Not really though, i talked them out of arrest and we were given a simple trespassing summons and a ride through 2 miles of NYC’s best graff.
This photo was taken at a lower portion where it begins to open up. I advise anyone thinking of going down here to not.

This comes courtesy of an anonymous tipster. Last night at 5:30 p.m. a meeting came to pass at City Hall. Among those invited were our elected officials and Community Board. This was the presentation to be discussed. It contents include— but are not limited to— affordable housing, development of park space and demolition of the Dupont Street sludge tank. Do take a moment to peruse it!
