This must be a luxurious pile of crap if Corcoran has seen fit to pimp it.
Follows are some of the appointments for this luxury condo:
- Air-conditioning boxes by Friedrich.
- Shoddy brick laying (pointing).
- Exposed PVC and gutters.
- Exposed electrical meters.
- Ample of amounts of cement and no greenery whatsoever.
- Butt ugly balconies.

What’s wrong with the balconies? They’re perfect for lawn chairs, barbecues and breaking in.
are they proper balconies or the ones where you must be hipster-thin to stand on them? if they’re the first variety, then i agree with steve about the barbecues.
