Sick Of Williamsburg?
If so an oasis beckons you at the Jackson Street stop of the B43. Only 10% down, no board approval.
The catch: it’s in Kew Garden Hills Flushing. Where the heart of Queens is purported to beat.
Who can argue with this?*
Miss Heather
*Queens Crap hopefully. I eagerly anticipate his take on “Kew Gardens Hills”! Whatever the fuck that is. Is it like “East Williamsburg”, Crappy? Enquiring minds want to know!

KGH is a more legit neighborhood than “East Williamsburg.” Whereas “East Williamsburg” separates the trash from the hipster, KGH is an enclave of Jewish folks that were likely forced out of Flushing (or “Frushing,” for the closet racist in us all). KGH even has its own Post Office on Main Street and 75th. East Williamsburg can’t say that.
They’re demolishing Shea Stadium and Flushing still claims it has a heart?
